Automatic system for cleaning the head of sprayer's "air shroud and bell cup".

Description

The SAMES rinsing box permits to clean automatically the paint pollution on the sprayer, to dry the sprayer and to evacuate the material used during the rinsing, as well as the residues of paints eliminated. The rinsing box is dedicated to the ACCUBELL and PPH sprayers, which can be equipped with all the existing bell cups mounted whether on high velocity turbine (THV) or onto air magnetic turbine (TPAM) :
bell cups 35 mm, 50 mm, 65 mm or 80mm
The system allows a perfect cleaning of the head of the sprayer. This tool is easily integrated on the paint lines in order to optimize the quality of application, the maintenance process and the cleaning phases.

Following the type of paint applied and on the process, the operator synchronises the rinsing cycles of the sprayer.
