Description

The new High Speed PPH 701-FP5 atomizer fits on new or existing FANUC P500 robots. Developed for automatic electrostatic spraying environments that require fast and simple maintenance. The PPH 701-FP5 atomizes and applies various types of paints. It can be used for :
• Spraying primers, basecoats & clearcoats
• Application on exterior car bodies

This new version of High Speed PPH 701-FP5 is unique and brings many advantages to your paint line :
• New High Speed Turbine with MagCup, bell cup is secured magnetically.
• New 2 piece Shaping air shroud helps reduce paint contamination behind the cup.
• Compact One Piece Body with Micro-valves situated close to MagCup reducing paint loss and minimizes color change time.
• High Voltage is generated by a UHT152P cascade and controlled by a GNM200 Power Supply.

PPH 701-FP5 is composed of the following components and characteristics :
• Single circuit design and without internal paint regulator.

High Voltage is carried out by a very flexible HV Cable :
• Cable tested to 100.000 turns without failure.
• The remote mounted UHT 152P cascade, making the atomizer lighter, and connected by a low volt cable (FANUC) and controlled by the GNM200 ower supply.
• In order to protect operators, and in accordance to European standards, he atomizer can quickly discharge high voltage. Speed is read with fiber optic
cable for process measurement of speed

• The body of the atomizer is one piece construction assuring a complete seal at the elbow. The Micro-valves are situated close to the bellcup reducing paint loss during color change and minimizes color change time.
• The QD allows for quick dismantling and a saves time for preventative maintenance checks.
• New turbine HVT High speed with Magcup bellcup held magnetically to turbine.
• New 2 piece shaping air shroud anti-contamination associated with the turbine.
• Tool for quick removal of bellcup without the need to remove shroud.

High Speed Bell Technology creates both a fine atomization of paint and a consistent film build. Better transfer efficiency means less VOC's into the atmosphere and less paint required to the application.

The new 2 piece shaping air shroud's shaping air holes are exposed for easy cleaning. Compensation air reduces paint contaminations on the bellcup, considerably lengthening the time between cleanings.
• Maintenance :
The MagCup, bellcup is held in place magnetically to the turbine therefore eliminating the worry of an incorrect installation ; this also increases the bellcup's duration. By magnetically securing the bellcup also eliminates the chances of a "fly off" due to the turbines abrupt stop.
• One Piece Body :
Mounting and maintenance are simplified with a one piece body and fewer seal connections. Quick Disconnection from the arm of the robot, saves time during maintenance checks.
