The
GNM 200 power pack functions are very similar to the GNM 100
with the additional ability of recognition of the chip
integrated in our last generation of high voltage cascades.
This chip stores all the various parameters and setting and
optimizes the performances of the H.V. unit. GNM 200 is dedicated
to automatic installations. |

The meter comes with a ground connection that MUST be connected
to ground prior to starting. To get a measurement,
place the spherical end of the probe in
contact with the electrode (of the gun),
or with
the bellcup. Press the thumb switch: direct
reading
from the meter display. |

200 Paint resistivity meter |
The
resistivohmeter AP 200 is a handheld meter designed for fast
measurement of the resistivity of paints and varnishes for electrostatic
spraying.
We admit that any materials sold on the open market can be sprayed
electrostatically, under the condition that the solvent (or thinner)
they use have certain qualities. The resistivity
of the mixture is the main feature
we are interested in. AP 200 is the tool essential to
paint labs, customers’ inspection dept., and
other electrostatic equipment end users. |

AS 100 |
The
AS 100 fluidimeter has been designed for the specific purpose
of determining the spray properties of powder paints.
It indicates immediately whether a powder paint is suitable for
spraying purposes. |

REV 600 module allows the operator to run his installation extremely

2000 Electronically-controlled reciprocator |
The
RFV 2000 reciprocator drives the movement of all automatic
spray guns produced by
SAMES and other manufacturers.
> Extremely simple construction and operation
(very long service
life).
> Sweeping stroke and speed adjustable remotely over a very
wide range.
> Optimum safety: the reciprocator is CE, Ex and FM approved.
> Reduced maintenance: limited to cleaning the chains and transmission
devices.
> Installation requiring no special provision (the robot can
be positioned or displaced manually without effort).
The RFV 2000 is intended for use automatic powder and paint
installations. It is used to drive vertical reciprocal movements
of powder and paint spray guns such as:
• 4, 6 or 9 SRV 416 powder spray guns
• 2 or 4 SRV 038 turbine powder spray guns
• 2, 4 or 6 TRV 117 powder spray guns
