Manual Powder Coating System 400D
(Direct Box Feed)

Features Eurotec's TOTAL ENERGY CONTROL (Patent Pending) unique charging system giving automatic control of both current and voltage. Gives improved safety, efficiency of charging, minimum surface disruption and unrivalled recoatability. Colour changes in seconds - simply unclip the venturi, remove the suction tube and blow clean. Vibrating Chassis - mounted at an angle in two planes so that powder is extracted from the lowest point ensuring maximum powder utilisation. High efficiency turbine vibrator activated only on triggering of gun to minimise powder compaction, fluidised suction head also activated only on triggering. Accepts all popular powder containers up to 30kg (66lbs). Controlled powder support arm simply lifts clear to a park position for fast box replacement when changing colours. Can be supplied as a single or double operator unit. Box feed unit may also be configured for AG400 automatic powder guns or as fresh powder transfer units.

Unit is robust, stable and easily transportable on large conductive castors. 25Kg (55lbs) Fluid bed simply lifts off the chassis base, cleaning could not be easier as the plenum and fluidising tile quickly detach from the bed body. Can be supplied as a single or double operator unit. Fluid bed unit may also be configured for AG300 automatic powder guns.

Manual Gun 400L Lab Unit

The Manual 400L Lab Unit is perfect for laboratory use, on site demonstrations and small batch production. It utilizes a standard MG400 Hand Gun and a standard GCU400 Control Unit. A Venturi and Cup Assembly simply connects to the bottom of the gun handle. The Cup may be used as a short funnel for fast and convenient laboratory sampling, or fitted with the clear extension for larger powder quantities. A complete set of deflectors and a slotted nozzle are supplied to give complete flexibility of spray pattern. Eurotec’s Patented TOTAL ENERGY CONTROL charging system is used with the extended TEC2 mode to give complete and automatic control of both Voltage and Current to suit any product or powder. Supplied with international mains electrical plug adaptor and a selection of pneumatic airline adaptors. Mains operating voltage 100 – 240 V 50/60 Hz. All contained within a tough padded flight bag with additional document compartment for instruction manuals etc. Total weight 9.3 Kg.
