The ACCU family have been specially designed for totally safe electrostatic application of very high transfer efficiency water-borne paint, using the principle of "autonomy" (exclusive to SAMES).

The PPH 607 paint sprayer is designed for the electrostatic application of solvent or water-based liquid paints, and equipped with a high speed magnetic air bearing turbine. It is one of SAMES’ patented technological innovations, providing the simplest and most advanced turbine atomizer available today.

The PPH 607 paint sprayer has been designed to apply coatings to automotive and truck body class “A” surfaces, and automotive components such as fascias and body claddings.

The EC vortex bell cups with their related shaping air cones have been designed for the application of all type of products [prime, base and clear coat], for high solids and metallic base-coats, to enhance transfer efficiency and DOE consistency.

They are also used in a bell/bell painting process, eliminating the need for dust coating, and to bring back color match on automotive / fascia basecoat paint spraying applications.

In the ACCUBELL 607 paint sprayer technology, the paint flow is metered by a servomotor integral with the sprayer. Therefore, the paint flow is no longer dependent on the viscosity or paint circulating pressure.

The robot connects the paint sprayer to an independant docking station for the rinsing and filling of its canister.

The electrostatic internal charge guarantees increased transfer efficiency and regularity of the film built.

SAMES' AquaBell paint sprayer direct charge waterborne paint applicator applies waterborne paint electrostatically and reduces paint waste. The applicator also provides closed loop fluid control. The Multispray are electrostatic robotic atomizers meant exclusively for solvent paints.
They combine, in a unique feature, the possibility to spray with a gun or with a bell,from the same common base, the spray heads being quickly interchanged to turn into the type of applicator desired.
This most versatile tool, born from the famous SAMES PPH paint applicator series, is made of a main body (or manifold), which incorporates the air and fluid supplies and the HV cascade. It is outfitted with a quick-disconnect feature which permits a quasi instantaneous tool change and go to (or from) a bell (Multispray 607), or a single headgun (Multispray 501 or 701), or a twin gun (Multispray 502 or 702) in a matter of seconds.
The Multispray system will allow its user to validate an all electrostatic solution including dusting by bells, in order to reduce paint usage.

The SAMES TRP 501/502 OO D paint sprayer guns are electrostatic paint spray guns designed for high efficiency , precise control , and fast color changes.
The TRP 500 atomizer has become the industry standard for class “A” surfaces, but is also used as a second pass applicator to bring back color match on automotive /fascia applications and also for application of adhesion promoter, primer, and anti-chip.

Designed to be fitted on multiple-axes robots or reciprocating machines, the TRP502 atomizer can apply solvent-based, water-borne, metallic or other types of paint.
