Gender equality index
MEASURING PAY DIFFERENCE
Since January 8, 2019, companies with more than 50 employees are required to publish their gender equality report every year.
Listed in the law "Avenir Professionnel" voted last year, this barometer measures, from at least 4 indicators, the differences in remuneration.
Each company must obtain a score of 75 out of 100. If this is not the case, it has 3 years to achieve this goal. The goal of the report is to reduce the wage gap between a woman and a man for equal work, knowing that the current french national gap is 9%.
OUR GROWTH OF PROGRESSION
For 2024, the Sames report is 82 points to 100, meaning 12 points above the threshold set by the government decree.
This score proves Sames's commitment and beliefs towards Professional Equality and invites us to put in place new actions to further improve our ratio.
Through these results, Sames sees an opportunity to progress in terms of gender diversity and equality.
