Sames has developed a disruptor tip technology: Skill tips which are able to spray material reacting badly with air inclusion. The new generation of Skill® tips deliver a softer spray pattern on edges for a perfect overlapping on flat line and facilitates the settings on flat line machines. A double insert tip allows low Airless atomizing pressure without tail.Our Skill® Airless tips are made with high quality carbide inserts to provide high abrasion resistance & excellent atomization quality.

The Airless tips can be used on our SFlow® manual gun, ASC automatic gun, and all the Airless gun on the market.

Sames is a manufacturer of guns and airless paint sprayer tip since 1925. . To make sure that every tip built in our factory yields the best results, we follow a precise machining process that guarantees consistent material output at different spray fan angles each & every time. Our tips are built with carefully selected materials to guarantee the longuest lifetime possible. The tip size - defined by the orifice/hole diameter - allows to achieve small, medium or larger fan width spray pattern for any job. Always consider the right filters size to prevent any plugging when spraying.

Sames offers premium finishing airless tip at medium pressure pump (100bar-1450 psi) for any professional job. As for other tip manufacturers brands (graco, titan, wagner...), our reversible tips are widely used for spraying a variety of coatings from lacquers to exterior paints (to replace roller application for example). Choosing the right nozzle depends on the paint or material you are using. Top Coat Polyurethane Multi-Component

Polyurethane Top Coat is a two- or three-pack isocyanate-cured polyurethane that gives a durable, high gloss finish. Isocyanates included in the hardener are moisture-sensitive & need a specific process for insulating the circuit.

Top Coat Epoxy

Top Coat Epoxys are used for decorative flooring applications, such as Terrazzo flooring, chip flooring & colored aggregate flooring.

Top Coat Epoxy Multi-Component

Two-part epoxy coatings were developed for heavy duty service on metal substrates & use less energy than heat-cured.

Water-based polyurethane is popular because of its low odor & low toxicity. It goes on clear without adding a faint color like oil-based versions do & it dries much faster.

Acid Catalyst Polyurethane Multi-Component

Multi-Component Epoxy Acid Catalyzing (AC) systems require a hardener or catalyst to dry/cure, which works by starting & maintaining the binder's curing process until the chemical reaction is complete. The solvent evaporates prior to & during the chemical reaction concluding a final film of lacquer, paint or filler. The catalyst is moisture-sensitive and requires a Flowmax® technology protection.

Acid Catalyst Epoxy Multi-Component

Multi-Component Epoxy Acid Catalyzing (AC) systems require a hardener or catalyst to dry/cure, which works by starting & maintaining the binder's curing process until the chemical reaction is complete. The solvent evaporates prior to & during the chemical reaction concluding a final film of lacquer, paint or filler. Curing times of AC products can be dramatically accelerated with heat application.
