Whether as a stand-alone variant, with its own control cabinet or integrated into the dispenser control. The 2D or 3D sensors are mounted directly on the dosing unit and monitor the adhesive or sealant application during the application. All available vision systems are compatibe with our dosing units. Swirl

Process by which compressed material dispenses from a nozzle with blowing air to form a spiral cord. Product spirals overlap as dispensed to form a thin film in the crash (set with doors).

Bead

Process by which compressed material dispenses from a nozzle to form a cord. Used in engine sealing, gluing & mastic removal.

2K Mixing Head

Mixing made at the applicator head will allow you to apply very low pot life products. Cleaning the head of the static mixer dramatically decreases solvent consumption.
