To meet the challenges of the business, we are looking for our Sales & Technical Expert for Northern Poland area.

Roles & Responsibilities

Under the direct responsibility of the Sales Manager, you develop sales of standards projects of Sames Kremlin range dedicated to integrators, general contractors and direct customers in industrial and automotive markets.

You achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives.
You negotiate all contracts with prospective clients.

For that, you are supporting the following missions:
You are looking for new customers,
You develop contacts with paint manufacturers,
You develop contacts with integrators an general contractors,
You work with Technical Department,
You follow your business from the offer, the order taking and start-up of the installation,
In your reporting, you are the primary source of corporate information on its markets in terms of analysis of customer needs (products and services) and competition's survey.

Profile

• From technical education with sales experience, you justify an experience acquired in surface treatment (spraying equipment) or industrial domain with practical involvement. 
• With excellent relational and technical skills, you have strength of conviction and motivation to support the development of your area.
• Organized and methodical, your listening skills and your dynamism will help you to succeed in your mission.
• You show great initiative, a very good level of organization and discipline, which will help you in this development in a structured and sustainable way.
• You apply the company strategy policy with autonomy and responsibility.

Your technical skills will be determinant factors for your success in this position and your development within the company.
