Terms of use
By continuing to browse this application, you accept without reservation the following provisions and conditions of use.
The version of these terms of use currently online is the only one that can be enforced during the entire period of use of the application and until a new version replaces it.
Article 1. Purpose and access to the application
You can access to the application and use it only for strictly personal use. You agree not to use the application and the information or data contained therein for commercial, political or advertising purposes or for any form of commercial solicitation, including the sending of unsolicited emails.
You can downloaded freely the application on Android and IOS platforms. The purpose of the app is to send and retrieve information about equipment sold by SAMES in order to track the production information of said equipment in place at the user's location to track:
- Equipment status (in production, defaulty...)
- Equipment parameters (pressure and others)
- Paint volume used
- User information (username, password, authorization...)
- Maintenance levels
This information may be accessible to the user who owns a SAMES equipment, to distributors who resell SAMES equipment, to suppliers of paint used in SAMES equipment and to SAMES teams or other persons authorized by the owner.
Article 2. Content of the application
All trademarks, logos, photographs, texts, comments, illustrations, images, animated or not, video sequences, sounds, as well as all computer applications that could be used to operate this application and more generally all elements reproduced or used on the application are protected by the laws in force under intellectual property.
They are the full and complete property of the publisher or its partners. We strictly prohibit any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, including computer applications, without the prior written consent of the publisher. The fact that the publisher does not initiate proceedings as soon as it becomes aware of such unauthorized use does not constitute acceptance of the said use and waiver of proceedings.
Article 3. Access to spaces and services in the application
Access to services open to the public
Access to the application requires the creation of an account (login and password).
Access to reserved areas
Some areas of the application are reserved, in particular for its customers, suppliers ... Special conditions and procedures may be necessary to access and benefit from a reserved data access.
Obligations relating to all spaces and services in the application
The login and password are personal and strictly confidential. As such, you must reserve to yourself the exclusive use of them. We considered that you carry out any action in the application using your login and/or password. You are solely responsible for the consequences that could result from their communication to third parties. You agree to immediately inform SAMES of any unauthorized use of your login and/or password, and more generally of any breach of security of the application of which you are aware.
Article 4. Management of the application
For the good management of the application, the editor can at any time:
- Suspend, interrupt or limit access to all or part of the application, reserve access to the application, or to certain parts of the application, to a specific category of user;
- Delete any information that may disrupt the operation of the Application or that may violate national or international laws, or the rules of "Netiquette";
- Suspend the application in order to make updates.
Article 5. Liability
The liability of the editor cannot be engaged in case of failure, breakdown, difficulty or interruption of operation, preventing access to the application or to one of its features.
The medium of connection to the application that you use is under your entire responsibility. You must take all appropriate measures to protect your equipment and your own data, in particular from viral attacks via the Internet. You are also solely responsible for the applications and data that you consult.
The editor cannot be held responsible in case of legal proceedings against you:
- Because of the use of the application or any service accessible via the Internet;
- Because of your failure to comply with these terms of use.
The publisher is not responsible for any damage caused to you, to third parties and/or to your equipment as a result of your connection to or use of the application. You waive any action against the publisher as a result.
If the editor should be subject to an amicable or judicial procedure because of your use of the application, he can turn against you to obtain compensation for all damages, sums, sentences and costs that could result from this procedure.
Article 6. Hypertext links
The setting up of any hypertext links to all or part of the application is strictly forbidden, except with the prior written authorization of the editor, requested by e-mail via the following link: info@sames.com
The editor is free to refuse this authorization without having to justify in any way its decision. In the event that the publisher grants its permission, this permission is in all cases only temporary and may be withdrawn at any time, without any obligation on the part of the publisher to justify its decision.
In any case, any link must be withdrawn on simple request of the editor.
Any information accessible via a link to other applications is not under the control of the publisher who declines any responsibility for their content.
Article 7. Privacy policy and protection of personal data
SAMES, as the data controller, may collect certain personal data including:
- Name
- First name
- Phone number
- E-mail address
- Company name
- Position or job title in the company
In order to be able to create an account and exchange with the user on the information collected about SAMES equipment.
The personal information collected is recorded in a computerized file. The legal basis of the processing is to be able to return to the user a traceability of his SAMES equipment.
When collecting this data, we clearly indicate which information is compulsory and which is optional.
The data collected will be communicated only to the following recipients: SAMES staff in charge and the persons that the user has set up.
The data will be kept in the app until uninstalling the app.
Your personal information will be stored on secure servers and kept strictly confidential. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account information.
You may access your data, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data. You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time, object to the processing of your data or exercise your right to the portability of your data.

Article 8. Cookies
By accessing the application, you agree to the use of cookies by SAMES, the company responsible for processing data in connection with cookies placed on your device. Cookies are small data/tracker files that are deposited on the device used (computer, laptop, tablet...) when you consult an internet application via your browser. Cookies are stored on the hard disk of your device without risking to damage it.

Photographs of products, accompanying their description, are not contractual and do not engage the editor.

The present conditions of use of the application are governed by French law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, subject to a specific attribution of jurisdiction arising from a particular legal or regulatory text.
