EasyPaint Robot combines Sames’ expertise into a fully integrated painting system. A compact robotic color changer delivers the selected clear coat (gloss, matte, colored…) directly to the electrostatic rotary bell sprayer, PPH 707, all managed by the intuitive EasyPaint Suite software.

Efficient Mixing

The 2K paint clear coat is mixed inside the PPH 707 injector minimizing the amount of mixed material.

  • The base component is supplied by the first color changer and gear pump

  • The second component, the hardener, is supplied by a second color changer and gear pump both installed on the robot process arm

The robot precisely controls both gear pumps to regulate paint flow and maintain the correct mixing ratio for a flawless clear coat finish.

All control elements—electrovalves, proportional valves, sensors, filters—are positioned as close as possible to ensure rapid response and maximum system efficiency.
