How do you mix 2K paint in robotic processes?
To mix 2K paint in a robotic process, each resin and hardener should have its own color changer integrated into the process arm for fast and efficient color changes. Both gear pumps independently dose each material into the PPH 707 2K sprayer. Inside the sprayer head, a mixing chamber combines the two materials and directs them through a 22-element static mixer located in the injector. Before reaching the rotating bell cup, the mixture is blended at the precise ratio determined by the gear pump flow rates.
