Liquid applied spray concept

The V-ring energizer used for GT sealing on gun needles uses a cantilever-type stainless steel spring to act as an energizer during pressure situations. 

The GT sealing hosts a spring that pre-stresses the seal for compensating wear.

This GT sealing technology is mainly used on medium & high pressure gun needles & above for abrasive materials.

Less energy required for triggering

The seal relies on the needle in one direction creating less friction

Extended life of working seal

Due to a reinforced base seal deterioration is minimized

Simple, leakproof design

No need to retighten the seal compared to standard V-packing
