Airmix® Quality at its best
Airmix® is the perfect fit between quality of finish and productivity. The gun internal diaphragms (1) (2) pre-mix the coating before atomization, optimizing transfer efficiency and improving the final surface finish.

High Efficiency, Every Time
Spraying at lower atomization and fluid pressures reduces overspray, VOC emissions, and energy consumption. Compared to the legacy AVX and competing guns, the AVX Pro can save up to 5% in paint usage and up to 10% in rinse fluid.

The indexed aircap head (3) and quick disconnect system (4) make cleaning and maintenance fast and effortless, while ensuring the aircap is always repositioned correctly. Additional features—including enhanced cartridges (5), durable carbide seats (6), the integrated NFC chip (7), the opening indicator (8), leak detection, and cartridge lubrication (9)—streamline daily maintenance tasks and significantly reduce technician downtime.
