The Inocart HF is designed to apply thermoplastic and anti-corrosion powders. In order to obtain a thick powder layer (up to 500 μm) in one pass, the pressure pot CSV 217 offers a usable volume of 24 liters - 6.3 US Gal (ie: a range of about 8 minutes at 1200 g/min - 42.3 Oz/min). This system is compact and stable. Due to its lowered center of gravity and large back wheels, it is easy to move and use in all circumstances. Powder and energy savings have been placed at the heart of the gun development to reduce working time, enhancing productivity, and finish quality of the coating. The TEC5 (Transfer Electronic Control) ensures the self-regulation of the electrostatic charge taking into account the powder flow and distance of the parts - in order to optimize powder transfer and finish quality.
Very well balanced, with a comfortable handle, it is easy to adjust the powder flow with its unique shutter lever on the tank, easy to clean with its customizable self-cleaning sequence. The powerful High Voltage unit paired with the high voltage Inobox control unit produces a high wraparound effect on big parts (D. 500mm / 20 in.), as well as a deep penetration in recessed areas. It greatly helps to reduce the running cost of the equipment with a better usage rate of the powder and also reduces spray time. The control of the Inogun M is run by the Inobox equipped with a user-friendly and clear interface. The Inobox is the real brain behind the Inogun M as it performs the High Voltage and all air controls: high voltage, current, electrode air blow, injection, and dilution.
The powder hose, as well as the cable, is available in two different lengths: 6 meters (19.7 ft) and 12 meters (39.4 ft) to process small or large parts and components.
