Improved fluid passages decrease the fluid pressure loss and improve spraying evenness when daisy-chaining several guns in an application.
240 bar maximum pressure and "Airless mode" allow quick changing of the spray mode without changing the gun or releasing the pressure in the fluid and air circuits

Packing « cartridges » come in reinforced PTFE (Rulon) or GT seal, which can be chosen at will without any modification of the gun body. Replacement cartridges may be purchased whole or may be serviced by the customer with a replacement seal kit. Seats are made of tungsten carbide, which offers significant lifetime improvement over traditional stainless-steel seats. Volume of rinse material has been decreased by 10% over legacy AVX.
Reduced opening and closing time reduce the amount of paint sprayed around the substrate, giving significant paint savings up to 10 to 15%.
