The Prima™ 01D100 diaphragm pump is the perfect solution to feed your spray systems in the wood, metal and plastic industries. This painting pump is compatible with solvent or water based materials but also with electrostatic Airspray installations.
Prima™ 01D100E is a version for abrasive materials such as enamels applications, fitted with PU diaphragms.
The pump conception guarantees a quick priming, constant pulsation free application and easy flushing. Associated with the Airspray manual spray guns and the accessories from Sames, you have the perfect combination for your spray package. The Prima™ 01D100 is appreciated by our customers for its reliability and ease of use. Combined with the Regpro, 2in1 filter-regulator, the paint flow will be perfectly stable and filtered to help you achieve the best application possible.
Finally, our EPA Compliant Airspray manual and automatic guns, fed by the Prima™ 01D100 and the Regpro, provide an outstanding atomization. You are now ready to spray all types of solventborne, waterborne, high solids and 2K materials.

Water-Based Wood Stains have all the advantages of oil-based stains. They spread easily, can be repaired, blend effortlessly & have plenty of open time. The thicker formula allows for controlled penetration, which will reduce blotching on softer woods such as Aspen, Pine & Maple.
A wood stain consists of a colorant suspended or dissolved in an agent or solvent. Colored, or ''stained", finishes do not penetrate the pores of the wood to any significant degree.
Catalyzed polyurethane clear coats and paints are prized for their durability and versatility around the world. Polyurethane coatings are particularly recommended for application to surfaces subject to high levels of wear & tear where excellent chemical/physical resistance is required. The metallic parts will give a steel effect.
