Magma range is the only heater on the market to offer premium performances for all materials.

Magma500 heaters can be used in paint kitchens for circulation to maintain a constant temperature for each color or for direct heating (One Pass) to increase the temperature of the paint just before the application. This helps to atomize the paint at a lower pressure and reduces the use of solvents and thinners as heated paint will have a lower viscosity thus reducing VOC emissions. Additionally, the Magma500 heater can heat the atomizing air for faster drying times and increase finish quality in Airmix® or Airspray applications.

Our Magma500 heater is available in two sizes – 9mm (0.35in) ID for liquid to semi-viscous materials or a unique High Volume-HV 14mm (0.55in) ID for viscous to paste materials. For optimal safety, the range is fully explosion proof (II 2G Ex db IIB T4 Gb). (not applicable for NA)

When using the Magma500 heaters, the main benefits of heating the material are:

Primer Epoxy

Epoxy primer/sealer is a non-porous finish that is typically recommended as the first base coat over bare steel.

Polyurethane Sealant

Polyurethane Sealant is abrasion resistant, odorless, remains flexible at low temperatures & is 100% urethane. It's quick & simple to use with its fast-setting capabilities that help to reduce downtime. The balanced, low-viscosity liquid components form an easy-to-use paste.

Polyurethane Two-Component Sealant

Polyurethane Two-Component Sealant can be used in two or three components for increasing mechanical & chemical capabilities.

Anti-Corrosion Water-Based

Some anti-corrosion materials are available in water-based versions. These green paints have a longer dry time, but meet most environmental requirements & have excellent protective qualities.

Anti-Corrosion Epoxy Multi-Component

The Anti-Corrosion Epoxy Multi-Component product is highly resistant to marine & industrial environments, buried conditions, ground water, effluents, salt water & a wide range of oils & chemicals.

Anti-Corrosion Epoxy Free Solvent

Solvent-free epoxy coatings are designed for long-term protection of steel & concrete structures against corrosion, abrasion & chemical attack. Operating temperature ranges from –40F to 1040F.

Anti-Corrosion Polyurethane Multi-Component

A two-component efficient coating product, used as first layer on metallic surfaces & in a wide range of painting systems. Forms an excellent quality anti-corrosive polyurethane film, ensuring the adherence between the surface & the next layer of the painting process.

Bitumen

Bitumen is an oil-based substance. It is a semi-solid hydrocarbon product produced by removing the lighter fractions (such as liquid petroleum gas, petrol & diesel) from heavy crude oil during the refining process.

Anti-Corrosion Epoxy High Solid

Used for the steel structures of steel pipeline, steel frame, bridge & plant facilities for effective, long-term substrate protection.

Anti-Corrosion Polyurethane

Polyurethane coatings are often used for the corrosion protection of steel because they are particularly economical to apply. They dry quickly & can therefore be over-coated in short intervals. They can also be applied independently of the weather conditions & are resistant to impact.

Water-Based Sound Deadener

Sound deadeners remove noise & unwanted vibrations by converting them into low grade heat & adding lightweight mass. The back-and-forth vibrations, or mechanical energy, are converted to low level thermal energy or heat, thereby providing structural resonance & impact noise deterrence.

Moisture-Sensitive Polyurethane Multi-Component

Catalyzed polyurethane clear coats and paints are prized for their durability and versatility around the world. They are used on everything from wood cabinetry, mill work and furniture to planes, trains, and automobiles. They are usually mixed with isocyanates in the hardener. The isocyanate component of polyurethane reacts with moisture in the air and form a hard crystalline structure.
