Program overview
Arrival & Welcome
Monday, September 21
Afternoon
Arrival of participants and check-in at Hôtel Wyndham Pleyel, Paris.
Guests will have free time to relax or discover the surrounding area, including Opéra, Champs-Élysées or Saint-Denis.
Evening
Welcome cocktail at the hotel, including a presentation of the program by the organizers.
The day will end with a welcome dinner at the hotel restaurant, in the presence of Sames management.
Sames Visit & Dinner Cruise
Tuesday, September 22
Morning
Transfer by bus from the hotel to the Sames site in Stains.
Afternoon
Product presentations and demonstrations at the Excellence Center, including technical demonstrations organized in smaller groups.
The visit will include several key areas, allowing guests to discover Sames’ expertise, solutions and industrial know-how.
Evening
Transfer to Port de la Bourdonnais, Quai Branly, for an exclusive dinner cruise on the Seine.
Guests will enjoy a gourmet dinner on board, with panoramic views of Paris landmarks including Notre-Dame, the Louvre and the illuminated Eiffel Tower.

Tuesday, September 22
Afternoon
Accompanying guests will enjoy a dedicated shopping experience in Paris, including Galeries Lafayette and Le Grand Marché – Personal Shopper.

Departure by bus from the hotel to Versailles.

The hotel will be the main meeting point throughout the seminar week.
Check-in will take place on Monday, September 21, upon arrival. Guests will have free time in the afternoon before the welcome cocktail and dinner.

The Sames visit will take place on Tuesday, September 22, at our industrial site in Stains.

Airport transfers
Individual transfers will be arranged from Paris airports according to participants’ arrival and departure schedules.
During the seminar

- Hotel to Versailles
- Versailles to the Eiffel Tower
- Eiffel Tower back to the hotel
Some transfers may also be organized by VTC depending on the group and timing.
