Concept Layout
(1) Piston pump
The pump is delivering material under pressure to the gun
(2) Heater
Heat the paint flowing inside to a require temperature
(3) REV 800 control module
Pilot reciprocator motion and gun sequencies depending on parts size
(4) Reciprocator RFV 2000
Move up and down.
Can be use with follow up option and adjusting automatically his position depending on part size (closer/further)
(5) Spray gun
The number of gun depends on the parts to be painted to cover with proper overlaping
(6) Paint regulator
Mounted as close as possible to the application to warranty a reliable control
Piloted from the control panel
(7) Return valve
Control the return flowrate for homodeneous paint recirculation
(8) Cells barrier
Detect when a part is coming and inform the PLC on proper reciprocator stroke
