ナノベル805は、溶剤系または水性塗料をロボットで塗布する為に設計された世界最高水準の静電ベル塗装機です。内部/直接帯電方式を採用し、中空型手首を備えた大型塗装ロボットに適合し、高い生産性を実現します。

優れた仕上げ塗装
サメス社はベルスプレー技術において50年以上の経験と知識を持っています。T8エアモーターを搭載したNanobell 805は、正確な流量と高速ベル回転により、細かく均一な液滴を実現し、安定した生産を可能にします。
更に、ストレート＆ボルテックスエアの組み合わせにより、塗料をスムーズに落下させ、仕上げを向上させる効果が得られます。

大型塗装ロボットにフィットする中空型手首ロボットサポート装置で溶剤系および水系塗料の連続塗布で高い生産性を実現します。
一方、GNM300 高電圧制御モジュールは、高電圧性能を最適に管理し、優れた包み込むような効果を生み出しています。これにより、ロボットの速度を向上させることが可能です。
ストレートエアとボルテックスエアの組み合わせは、パターンサイズを可変に調整可能で、被塗物の形状に合わせた生産を一定に調整します。

信頼性の高いコンポーネント（頑丈なT8エアモーター、高電圧ユニット、ロボット用接続部品など）を採用した高度なメンテナンスにより、ダウンタイムの短縮、過酷な使用環境への対応、および長寿命を実現します。
