The Application Center Paintshop allows scale 1 paint application tests for your parts placed on a central ground conveyor. Robots will simulate the paint process with adjusted trajectories as it would occur in your factory. Testing conducted in the Application Center can validate a process concept distinctively tailored to your specifications. The Application Center also allows you to develop & certify all trajectories & paint brush parameters while adapting to the complete paint application of each individual part to be coated in your production facility, thus saving time & quick starting your production line.

Our liquid paint technical center for the DACH region is located at our production site in Erftstadt. The newly built laboratory offers you the opportunity to take part in training or trials on site.
The technical center is equipped with the following equipment:
- 1 spray booth for manual, automatic and robot-assisted application
- 1 robot for automated application of liquid paints with overhead conveyor, oven and vertical ventilation
