Christian - Master of Mechanical Production: huge time-saving with our 2K Airmix® equipment!
I've been working in this company for 10 years. In the past, we have thought about how to improve the production and thus, we discovered SAMES KREMLIN, whose spraying equipment has convinced us.
We have decided for a pump technology of SAMES KREMLIN that includes a dosing machine for avoiding manual mixing of paint and in order to reduce time losses during color changes. Also, we wanted to avoid wasting too much paint because environmental protection and VOC-emissions (regarding solvent based coats). As an example, hourly manual color changes - that are necessary for the numerous components of the agricultural machinery - have caused a loss of up to 2,500 litres of paint per year. this was a big topic for us.
In order to fulfill these expectations, we finally decided to upgrade our complete installation with a Cyclomix Multi™, 10 Flowmax® pumps and the Airmix® Xcite™ spray gun. Within about twelve months we were able to see the payback of the system. In addition to the visibly easier colour changes, the spray pattern has also improved considerably – in the end also thanks to the very precise mixing technology. The very fine atomization and high transfer rate of the Xcite™ gun result in a great surface finish"
Maik, Professional painter: Great results with my Xcite™ Airmix® spray gun!
We are pleased by the handling of the Xcite™ spray gun for Airmix® applications.: the gun fits very well in your hand. Also, there is the very fine atomization that results in a high quality and reduced paint consumption.
All in all, we can say that this is currently the best spray gun in the market. In combination with our paint supplier MIPA, we can achieve great results together!
