Ball Regulator
The Ball Regulator is used for integration on color changing blocks or can be used as a stand-alone product.
The regulator absorbs the variations of paint pressure generated by the supply system (pulsation effect) and adjusts the target flow with accuracy. For a given pilot air pressure of the regulator, the paint flow depends on the pressure drop downstream of the regulator (on sprayer side), hose diameter, size of the restrictor, sprayer injector and product viscosity.
The ball paint regulator comes in two versions:
Ball regulator directly integrated within a special Moduclean base plate
Stand-alone ball regulator that is independently installed onto the paint circuit (recommended to be installed as closely as possible) to the sprayer
