For each primer, base coat (1 & 2), and clear coat booth, the number of robots is determined by the surface area and paint type. Each sprayer operates with validated settings to ensure high finish quality, optimal transfer efficiency, and adherence to cycle time.

Positioned as close as possible to the sprayer, the color change system minimizes paint waste and time loss.

EasyPaint Suite is a user-friendly process control software that monitors production, schedules maintenance, and analyzes data to improve overall process performance.

  • What are the performances of EasyPaint Robot ?

    All controls (fluids, air, energy) are located as close as possible to the actuators for shortest response time.
    Color change time takes only 12 seconds, with a loss of 34 cc of paint.
    The dual shaping air system is able to change the pattern to adapt to the part to paint in less than 1 second.
    The high-voltage system in internal-charge sprayers automatically adjusts voltage by monitoring current, eliminating any voltage risk.
