Description
The robotic system dispenses 1K adhesive accurately with an electrical shot meter, using a FiFo (First In / First Out) setup to avoid dry material sticking inside. The dosing unit design makes it fast & easy to change any component for maintenance teams.
The control cabinet manages the dosing unit, the dual ram unit pumping station, and any heating zone required to maintain material viscosity stable during dispensing.
Last but not least, the vision system secures your application process by monitoring all process data linked to the real adhesive bead on parts.

Which adhesive material is compatible with your system?
All 1K adhesive available on the market! Because Sames is working close to all material suppliers, our pumping and dosing equipments are compatible with all 1K adhesive material available for this type of application.

How to be sure of your adhesive solution?
Your adhesive solution must be robust and reliable. To be sure about the quantity of adhesive dispensed on the part, first the FiFO canister system can detect air bubble inside. Then we propose camera system to detect during the dispensing process any missing material in the bead, bad position of bead, and bad shape of the bead. Alert is immediate in case of default.
On reliability side, the heavy duty design of components gives a long life of complete equipment. With few spare parts available and an easy to maintain design, your equipment will last as long as you need. -
How to manage 2K adhesive materials?
Depending on the volume to dispense and ratio of mixing materials, Sames will propose the right dosing units capacity. The static mixer will be filled by servomotor dosing units with high accuracy to secure the correct adhesive behavior on the substrate. For low volumes, the compact dosing units can be handled by the robot. For high volumes, the dosing units are on the floor, the static mixer remains on robot head, as close as possible to the dispense nozzle.
