Chop check

This pumping technology is most used in the thick material world (sealant and adhesives).

Our chop check piston pumps are known under the name REXSON.
All REXSON pumps are equipped with a pneumatic motor (power part) and a chop check hydraulic (driven part).
All these pumps are double acting and are fed with a maximum of 6 bar of air.

Operating principle :
When piston is in the down stroke, the Check valve (green) closed against the seat and the material in the chamber V2 is displaced out of the pump by the pump displacement rod.
When piston is in the up-stroke, check valve (green) opens and material is forced into chamber V2. The top check valve (red) closes, and material is pulled from chamber V1.
