  • What is CSR at Sames? 

    At Sames, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an integral part of our strategy. It guides our decisions in terms of the environment, human development, business ethics, and sustainable innovation. Our actions are aligned with our mission: bond, protect, beautify. 

  • How does Sames take concrete action to protect the environment? 

    We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint through low-energy technologies (Nanobell, GTE), VOC reduction (Cyclomix® Evo, powder solutions), and more responsible product design. Our industrial sites are aiming for carbon neutrality by 2030, and we are integrating the principles of the circular economy into the lifespan and repairability of our equipment. 

  • Do you incorporate environmental criteria into the design of your products?

    Yes, we incorporate CSR and environmental criteria right from the design stage of our products. Our goal is to limit their impact throughout their life cycle. This translates into:

    - Reduced energy consumption,

    - Repairable and durable products,

    - An approach that promotes waste reduction.

  • How do you take care of your employees? 

    We place people at the heart of our priorities: quality of life at work, safety, skills development, and equal opportunities. We promote diversity, continuous training, and active listening to our teams at all our sites. 

  • Do you have any certifications?

    Yes. We are ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), and ISO 45001 (health and safety) certified.
    These certifications reflect our commitment to maintaining high standards in terms of quality, environmental protection, and working conditions, while pursuing a policy of continuous improvement in our internal practices.

  • Is your CSR approach voluntary? 

    Absolutely. Beyond regulatory requirements, our commitment is proactive and guided by a conviction: responsible industry is both possible and necessary. Our technological choices, internal practices, and partnerships demonstrate this every day.
