Job Purpose

Provide technical finishing and sales expertise along with the pursuit of industrial focused sales and business development opportunities within your region. Through a combination of relationship building/management, in-person/remote sales support, and market development activities, this position will drive sales growth of our finishing products. These opportunities include new product field introduction, technical sales support, training and development of our industrial partners, key end-user focus, and new product development. This is accomplished by working together with our dynamic sales team, existing SAMES distributors and integrators, robot manufacturers, and material suppliers, dovetailing their requirements with SAMES business policies to maximize sales, job content, and profitability. The Regional Manager may also be called upon to periodically interact with our Regional counterparts to promote sales, new products, new product development, and personnel development.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Must develop a plan to work with each of the distributors in your region. This plan will have to be developed per distributor and it will depend on the size of the account – % of regional total sales.
• Must develop key relationships with all distributor staff including management
• Develop Industry Partner Relationships (i.e., paint, powder and dispense manufacturers, integrators etc.)
• Informal training on new and existing SAMES products to distribution partners.
• Promote all SAMES products
• Assist in proposal and equipment design specification

Job Purpose

Responsible for purchase order entry, change orders, expediting, invoice and receipt discrepancy resolution, material planning and addressing supplier quality issues within the Purchasing and Materials Management department. Conduct all business in accordance with Sames Policy & Procedures and Materials Management procedures and philosophy.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders by entering data into our ERP system from material requirement programs and/or Buy Now requisitions.
• Monitor the Purchasing Inbox for supplier order confirmations and enter the confirmed dates into the ERP Purchasing system.
• Consult with Purchasing Management when order confirmations are not received or when expedite requests seem unfeasible.
• Monitor the Purchasing Expedite Inbox for internal expedite requests and attempt to implement those requests with suppliers.
• Support procedures on standard cost maintenance.
• Identify items requiring revisions in ordering quantity, re-order level, or economic order quantity, and refer them to Purchasing Management for review.

Duties

Responsible for providing equipment/systems installation services along with technical assistance to Sames' customers and distribution network on-site or remotely. Work with internal customers to assist within the repair department undertaking daily duties, when not assigned to a specific job, and assist with miscellaneous projects, as needed. Provide technical support for internal and external customers, in-house and in the field. Provide equipment system installations, commissioning, along with troubleshooting activities at customer facilities. Validation and production support of installed equipment/systems. Minimum Qualifications      

Education: Associate's degree or postsecondary certificate (or foreign equivalent) in Mechatronics, Robotics, Electro-Mechanical or related discipline. 

Experience: 3 years of experience in the job offered, or in a mechatronic technician or robotic technician position within the automation industrial adhesives industry.  Experience must include working knowledge of adhesive systems, including programming and commissioning of equipment and robots.  Must have hands-on experience in the installation, commissioning and start-up of adhesive application control systems using INTEC software and components.  Experience can be gained concurrently.  Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.

Job Purpose

Provide High Viscosity Dispense technical and sales expertise with the goal of generating integrated systems sales containing Sames components. The primary role will be to develop new market opportunities which Sames is not currently involved in to improve our market share.  The generation of leads for some of these systems also could come from Sames Regional managers, distributors, existing customers, and integrators.

A System Sales budget will be assigned and monitored on a regular basis. While the main responsibility is to generate system sales, with Sames equipment, it is also the responsibility to assist Regional Managers and others as needed.  Through a combination of relationship building/management, in-person/remote sales support, and market development activities, this position will drive system sales growth of projects that contain our High Viscosity Dispense Products.

These opportunities include new product field introduction, technical sales support, training and development of our industrial partners, key end-user focus, and new product development. This is accomplished by working together with our dynamic sales team, existing Sames distributors and integrators, robot manufacturers, and material suppliers, dovetailing their requirements with Sames business policies to maximize sales, job content, and profitability.

This person needs to work with our Systems Quote Engineer to help fine tune system quotes and opportunities.  This role requires experience in High Viscosity Dispense System design to help complete the sales cycle.  In addition to selling systems, facilitating lab demonstrations is a key component of this role.  Some of the responsibilities include filling out Lab demonstration request form, organizing dates and timelines, facilitating parts and material(s) for the scheduled Lab Trial/Demo and keep/maintain working relationships with existing system customers.  In addition, this person needs to maintain and promote an audit program to assure that our existing end users are getting the best results from our Sames equipment.

Additionally, targeting Tier one and other Automotive type end users interested in converting from their existing equipment to Sames product ranging from the material supply source to the end of arm dispense applicator.  Establishing priority targets and strategy with sales management will also be a high priority.   Utilization of market experience and contacts to work in conjunction with Sames technical sales support team to identify and develop quotable opportunities.

Job Purpose

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for implementing, managing, and supporting digital marketing campaigns and strategies for Sames North America. Under the leadership of the Sames North American Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing digital marketing campaigns, including generating leads, providing campaign analytics, conducting market research, and actively engaging with the business to optimize the performance of our digital strategies. You will work closely with our European headquarters to ensure we are in alignment with factory goals and objectives.  This position plays a vital role in the success of our organization with educating and informing others about Sames products and solutions using various digital platforms.

The Digital Marketing Specialist supports our marketing teams located in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Headquarters (France) as required. Bringing foundational knowledge of digital paid campaigns and implementation of these campaigns is vital to the success of this position.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy with Marketing Manager for the Americas ensuring that we are aligned with HQ goals and objectives.
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
• Create concepts for digital media posts and work with multimedia designers to select relevant images | videos to support these posts in the Americas.
• Manage the digital marketing calendar for the Americas.

JOB PURPOSE

Provide equipment/systems installation services along with technical assistance to SK's customer/distribution network on-site or remotely. Work with internal customers: assist within the repair department undertaking daily duties, when not assigned to a specific job, and assist with miscellaneous projects as needed. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Technical support for internal and external customers, in-house and in the field
• Provide equipment system installations, commissioning, along with troubleshooting activities, at customer facilities
• Validation and production support, of installed equipment/systems
• Prepare daily site/field service reports, throughout project phases
• Assist with training schools and provide training on SK equipment and processes, at customer facilities and in-house
• Repair customer equipment, following repair department procedures
• Assist with answering technical calls from the support phone line
